RE/MAX of Texas and The Texas Sentinels Foundation are proud to support this year’s Operation Military Salute, set for Nov. 4 from 2pm – 4pm at Second Baptist Church in Houston. The event benefits the PTSD Foundation of America and is facilitated by its supporters and the Houston West Chamber of Commerce.

Operation Military Salute will honor all military branches including Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corp and Coast Guard whether Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Retired, or former members of the Armed Forces.

Medal of Honor recipient Mike Thornton (ret. U.S. Navy) will be speaking at the event.   There will also be musical performances and special guest appearances, including Wayne Newton, Darryl Worley, Nash 3 and Kevin Black.
 
During the event, several outstanding patriots will be honored with the 2011 Texas Heart of Service Award.
